We are proud to offer free shipping!
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for
order processing during holidays and sales seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 3–10 business days
of the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note
that we do not ship on weekends.
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled; if you need to change delivery
information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is processed, we will not be able
to make any changes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After placing your order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. After
that, delivery times will vary based on your location. Please note that due to COVID-19, orders
may be delayed ensuring maximum safety. Below is the estimated delivery
times by country:
• Europe: 7–14 business days
• USA: 7–15 business days
• Canada: 7–16 business days
• Central America: 10–25 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: 10–26 business days
• Other countries: 11–30 business days
In exceptional cases, an order may take longer than usual. In such instances, delivery may
take up to 40 business days. If you experience any unusual delay with your order delivery, please
do not hesitate to contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to
help you resolve any issues.
